Who we are

RRS MOTORCYCLES

In the mid 70’s Lou Renato and his father Harry started business in Shepparton, opening a Esso service station on Verney Rd, business progressed and and ideas shifted eventually opening their first motor car dealership in Lockwood Rd, Shepparton with Volvo motor cars this later evolved into a multi franchise dealership. Richard Renato embarked into the family business in 1993 and started his apprenticeship in automotive in 1997 which saw Richard to opening his own mechanical repair shop with Mimmo Lia (Renato and Lia automotive) Richard was 19 yo. Richard and Mimmo where renowned for specialising in European cars.

2010 saw Richard opening a new chapter, setting up his own dealership in Lockwood Rd, Shepparton. With help from his wife Lindi, Richard took the motorcycle industry by storm smashing sales records for Kymco, Polaris and CFMOTO motor vehicles, but more importantly building an even stronger relationship with his local customers. Sons Gian and Andre Renato began their journey in the family business during this period which now see’s them aspiring to provide the community with high quality products and exceptional customer service like the generations before them.

In 2023 Richard and his family established a new state of the art motorcycle dealership facility. This purpose built facility opened opportunity’s for new brands. Richard is now proud to supply the Goulburn Valley with KOVE, CFMOTO & Royal Enfield. In 2025 RRS Motorcycles was re-established, still owned and run by the Renato family with the help of their outgoing team, RRS Motorcycles still offers new and used vehicle sales, service, spare parts, accessories, apparel and coffee. Linked into the RRS Motorcycles dealership is MOTO 99 espresso bar, serving coffee and small treats to the wider community and also hosts all of their ride day events.
